The hotel we stayed at was fantastic! we were blown away by the cleanliness of the room which was spacious enough for our needs. the breakfast buffet had a variety of options from Western bacon and eggs to Vietnamese pho and spring rolls. the hotel's location was really convenient as it was in the heart of the city, which made it easy for us to explore.

Absolutely everything from the staff's hospitality and efficiency to the charming locational street left us pleased, to say the least.

We had a fantastic city break in Vietnam. The hotel was in a great location, close to shops, restaurants, and famous attractions, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms were incredibly clean and spacious, with comfortable beds and large bathrooms. We appreciated the daily replacement of toiletries and the helpful staff who offered advice and recommendations for things to do in the city. we enjoyed the variety of breakfast options provided each morning.

That the Netflix app on the Smart TV required guests to have their own account to watch, which was a bit inconvenient. However, this was a minor issue compared to the overall positive experience we had at the hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located near all the famous places. I had no trouble sleeping and it wasn't too noisy at all. The bed was clean and large, accompanied by an also large and clean bathroom. The terrace adds so much value to the room as I could enjoy the morning and evening breeze and really feel the city.
